Since 2003, our hospital has undertaken the admission of advanced students from various basic-level hospitals in Shaanxi Province. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of medical, teaching and research strength of our hospital, the influence of our hospital has gradually increased, and more and more medical staff of other hospitals come to our hospital for further study. Our hospital makes active efforts to attract such personnel through various channels. On the basis of the training courses of county-level key physicians in Shaanxi and the courses for further improvement of Shaanxi Orthopaedic Medical Group, there are constantly requests from medical personnel of other brother hospitals, grassroots units and even foreign hospitals for further study in our hospital. By the end of 2018, our hospital has received medical personnel of hospitals from Xinjiang, Yunnan, Qinghai, Gansu, Hubei, Hunan, Shanxi, Henan, Chongqing, Chengdu, Inner Mongolia, Shandong, and other provinces, and about 150 doctors come to our hospital for further study during the same period.
