Xi’an Honghui Hospital has been granted as a doctoral and master students’ cultivation center of the Medical Department of Xi’an Jiaotong University, a teaching hospital and an orthopedics talent training base of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine, a joint postgraduate cultivation base of Yan’an University and a joint postgraduate cultivation base of Xi’an Medical University successively. The hospital is furnished with 2 doctoral supervisors and more than 60 master’s supervisors. Since 2012, there have been 9 doctoral students, 118 master students, and 50 graduate students. The hospital encourages medical personnel at all levels to actively apply for internal graduate programs to improve their academic qualifications and their academic structure. Since 2008, a total of 80 clinicians have been selected to participate in the doctoral cultivation program with the equivalent education level of Xi’an Jiaotong University organized by the Xi’an Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission. More than 100 clinical doctors, nurses and technicians have been selected to participate in the master student cultivation program with the equivalent education level of the Medical Department of Xi’an Jiaotong University.
