Instructions for Outpatients to Seek Medical Treatment

I. The hospital provides outpatient service of 365 days throughout the year.


II. Medical triage time:

周一至周五 上午 07:30—11:30 下午 13:30(夏季14:00)—17:00

Monday to Friday 07:30 - 11:30 am 13:30 pm (summer 14:00) – 17:00

节假日、双休日 上午 08:00—11:30 下午 12:30—16:00

Holiday, two-day weekend 8.00 – 11:30 12:30 – 16:00 pm

非正常门诊时间或病情危、重、急患者请到急诊科挂号,急诊科24小时全天候应诊。

At abnormal outpatient service time or critical, severe and urgent patients please go to the emergency department for registration, and the emergency department is available 24 hours a day.


III. Doctors’ consultation time

周一至周五 上午 08:00(专家08:30)—12:00 下午 14:00(夏季14:30)—17:30

节假日、双休日 上午 08:30—12:00 下午 13:00—16:30

IV. There are nurses in the medical station of outpatient service to provide you with triage, medical guide and treatment consultation service and assist the elderly, the disabled and other special groups to seek medical treatment.


V. The newly diagnosed patients please consult the nurse for medical guidance. Please hold your second-generation ID card (the person without ID card fills in the patient’s personal information form first in the outpatient hall) to apply for “Medical Card” and recharges it in the card handling window or the self-service machine, fill in the out-patient medical records, hold the card to report to the medical station of corresponding floor and wait for diagnosis in the waiting area, and enter the corresponding clinic in sequence according to the call number of the intelligent calling system. And the registration and diagnosis are completed by the doctor.


VI. The outpatient clinic has expert visit information on that day and the expert’s personal introduction, which facilitates patients’ choice of medical treatment.


VII. The outpatient clinic is equipped with convenience-for-people outpatient clinic which provides convenience-for-people prescription service; the health care department provides outpatient health examination service.


VIII. The outpatient hall is equipped with water dispenser, reading glasses, sewing kit, umbrella and other convenience-for-people facilities which are convenient for outpatients to use; the outpatient clinic is equipped with wheelchairs and flat cars. You can use them free of charge after handling relevant procedures.


IX. The outpatient clinic is equipped with touch electronic query system to facilitate you to query hospital’s commonly used drugs, examination, treatment and relevant information.


X. The out-patient registration ticket is valid on the day. Please complete the paying procedures of taking medicine, examination and treatment on the day of medical treatment.


XI. Please go to the clinical laboratory on the third floor of outpatient clinic for query of outpatient laboratory examination and examination results.


XII. Please go to corresponding medical insurance window to handle outpatient medical insurance audit and medical insurance payment.


XIII. Please affix a seal of medical certificate on the medical certificate issued by the doctor on the day and keep it properly (please seal the medical certificate issued because of night emergency treatment in time in the emergency department).


XIV. Please leave our opinions and suggestions on our hospital’s work during your outpatient medical treatment in the suggestion book or suggestion box of the medical station.


XV. In order to facilitate the medical treatment, welcome patients to make an appointment for registration and medical treatment 1-7 days in advance. Ways of appointment registration: 1. Appointment on website: Our hospital’s official website: www.xahhyy.com and Shaanxi Provincial Reservation Registration Service Platform: www.sxhealth.sn.cn provide online appointment registration; 2. Appointment by telephone: Calling 029-87800002, 029-114, 029-12580 and 029-116114 can conduct telephone appointment registration; 3. Appointment by WeChat: Making an appointment by scanning the two-dimensioned code of WeChat or following “Xi 'an Honghui Hospital” and “Xi 'an Honghui Hospital Patient Mobile Service Platform”; 4. Appointment in manual window: Holding the medical card of patient to the appointment window on the third floor of outpatient clinic for appointment. The window appointment time: 8:00-12:00, 14:30-17:00.
